Project Overview

Oneida Park is a community-centered public space, and the goal of this project was to bring new life, color, and identity to the park through functional and interactive art. The city sought to transform overlooked elements of the park into vibrant visual landmarks that would enhance the environment, encourage pride, and create a more welcoming experience for residents and visitors.

Our Role

Bright Space Murals led the creative direction and execution of the project, designing and painting 17 individual planters, two large-scale murals, and reimagining an old, unused payphone as a three-dimensional art piece. Each element was thoughtfully designed to work together while still standing on its own, creating a cohesive visual experience throughout the park. Our team handled concept development, surface preparation, painting, and final installation.
